1. Project Deposits
Initial project deposits are non-refundable as they secure our resources and commitment to your project. These deposits typically represent 30-50% of the total project cost.
2. Development Phase Refunds
If you choose to cancel the project during development:
- Before 25% completion: 70% refund of remaining balance
- Before 50% completion: 50% refund of remaining balance
- After 50% completion: No refund available
3. Monthly Services
For ongoing services such as maintenance and hosting:
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Cancellations must be made 15 days before the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the current month
4. Digital Marketing Services
For SEO and marketing services:
- Minimum 3-month commitment required
- No refunds for completed work
- Early termination fees may apply as per contract
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact your project manager directly
- Submit a written explanation for the refund request
- Allow up to 10 business days for review
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days
